How can i report inappropriate chatrooms/posts/comments/profile?

Report violations on ShareChat by tapping user profiles or posts, selecting 'Report,' and choosing the appropriate reason; monitor report status via your profile's 'Reports' section for a safe platform experience.

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to report & the concerned team will take action if it is found to be violating our Content & Community guidelines.

How to report users in the chat room:

Please report the user if he/she is violating our community guidelines.

To report the chat room messages, please follow the below steps:
Tap on the user's profile.
Then tap on the report.
Click on the appropriate reason.

How to report posts:

Please report the post if the post is violating our community guidelines.

Click on the 3 dots present at the top right of the post.
Click on the 🚩 report option.
Select the appropriate reason & click 'OK'.

How to report comments:

Please report the comments if they violate our community guidelines.

Please go to the comment that you want to report.
Click on the 3 dots & press report.
Select the appropriate reason & click report.

How to report users:

Please report the user if he/she is violating our policy.

Go to the user's profile.
Click on the 3 dots present at the top right corner.
Click report.
Select the appropriate reason & click report.

Once you've reported the content, ShareChat's moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action based on their community guidelines. it's important to report inappropriate content promptly to ensure a safe and positive experience for all users on the platform.

You can check the status of your report by following the below-mentioned steps.

Go to your profile.
Click on the 3 dots present at the top right corner of the screen.
Scroll down & click on 'Reports' to see the status.
