What are the steps to change phone number?

To update your mobile number on ShareChat, first, log in to your account and navigate to your profile. Then, select 'Edit Profile' and locate your old mobile number under 'Private Information.' If your account is linked to Gmail, ensure its verification, then update your number by verifying the new one with an OTP. For non-Gmail linked accounts, directly verify your old number, enter the new one, and complete the verification process with the OTP.

Please follow the below-mentioned steps to change your number:

Log in to your ShareChat account.
Go to your profile.
Click on 'Edit Profile.'
Scroll down to the bottom, where you'll find your old mobile number under the 'Private Information' section.

For Gmail Linked Accounts:

If your Gmail account is linked, verify it first.
Click on your current registered mobile number under the 'Private Information' section.
Click on the 'verify' option next to your linked Gmail account.
Once your Gmail account is verified, click on the 'update' option next to your current registered mobile number.
Enter your new number and verify it with the OTP.
After OTP verification, your new number will be updated.

For Non-Gmail Linked Accounts:

If your Gmail account is not linked, directly click on your current registered mobile number.
Verify your old number using the OTP received.
Enter your new number and verify it with the OTP.
Your new mobile number will be updated.
