How to hide/unhide following list?

1) Click on the profile icon.

2) Click on the three horizontal lines displayed in the top right corner.

3) Go to Privacy Settings.

4) Click on the 'Following' list.

5) You will find options to control who can see your following list. You can select select who can view them as per your preference.
